The Fee Schedule shown below provides two options for
golfers. You may join the M-PMGA as a
“Full Member”, or maintain your “Handicap Only” through the M-PMGA. A prorated fee schedule for those joining in
mid-year is also provided. Please select
the option that best fits your needs by checking the appropriate box. The M-PMGA Application Form and Annual Fee
are due between Nov. 1st and Dec. 15th. Please Note: “Renewal” applications and
fees received after Dec 15th are delinquent and will result in your
being unable to post scores through the Arizona Golf Association (AGA). Return your completed application to the
MountainView Pro Shop. Make
checks payable to M-PMGA.
M-PMGA (Full Member) – Club Membership & Handicap $75.00
After July 15th M–PMGA – Club Membership & Handicap $40.00
Handicap Only - $30.00 (Not eligible to participate in M-PMGA sponsored
events)
After July 15th Handicap Only - $20.00
*NEW MEMBERS: You must have an established USGA handicap index in order to play in any M-PMGA event. If you have a current handicap from another club, please provide verification of your existing handicap with your application. If you are unable to provide verification of your existing handicap you will have to establish a new handicap through the AGA by posting at least five of your current scores.
